Juveniles and Minors

The following defendants must appear in Court with a parent or legal guardian:

1.      any defendant charged with failure to attend school

2.      any defendant under 18 years of age charged with an alcohol or  tobacco related offense

3.      any defendant under the age of 17

You will be notified by mail of the date and time to appear with you parent or guardian.
