Dignity, respect and decorum are necessary to insure a proper court atmosphere. Proper dress is required for court appearance. The following items of clothing are NOT ALLOWED:
- words or pictures on clothing or jewelry which are offensive, vulgar or profane;
- advertisements on clothing for alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs
- exposed midriffs or suggestive clothing
- halter style and undershirt garments
- excessively low rise jeans, pants, skirts or shorts.
Cell phones and pagers must be on silent mode or turned off.
Computers are allowed, if silent.
Headphones are not allowed.
