Freestone County Commissioners Court Rules of Decorum - Adopted June 17, 2026
The Freestone County Commissioners Court ("The Court") have regularly scheduled open meetings every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month (unless rescheduled due to lack of quorum or event). The Court may call special meetings outside of the regularly scheduled open meetings. If you wish to speak during Public Comments of Commissioners Court, please fill out this form and either email to court.assistant@co.freestone.tx.us or cojudge.clerk@co.freestone.tx.us or drop off the forms to the County Judge's Office located in the Freestone County Courthouse at 118 E. Commerce St. Room #205 Fairfield, TX 75840. Forms will be available before each Commissioners Court Meeting for individuals who are not able to submit the form beforehand. Public Speaker order is normally in the order that the Public Comment Forms are received.
