To make a payment for an "old" citation/violation that HAS been turned over to collections and/or OMNI you will need to contact our collections firm, McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C. (MVBA)

You will need to have the Collection Agency's reference number to pay online otherwise you will need to make your payment over-the phone with them at the number listed above.
Submitting a payment with no plea or reply form, constitutes a plea of nolo contendere in accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Ar. 27.14(c) and will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
- Once you submit your payment in full to the Collections firm (MVBA), they will mail the court a check within 1-2 weeks. Once that check is received, the Court will process the check payment usually within 48 hours.
- Once the payment is processed by the Court, notification to release the hold, if any, on your drivers license will be sent.
